  • This is a paid, experiential training program designed to equip participants with the tools to manage and resolve real-world conflicts. Using Together We Can’s comprehensive scenario database, participants actively engage in role-playing exercises that mirror the kinds of challenges youth face in their schools, families, and communities.

  • Core Skills Development

    Active and Reflective Listening – Strengthen communication and rapport with students.

    Empathy – Foster supportive and understanding connections with peers and youth.

    Paid Training to Become an Academic Tutor – Gain instructional skills and subject-specific tutoring expertise.

    Attention & Focus – Increase sustained attention and improve ability to remain engaged during tasks and group activities.

    Social Awareness – Enhance recognition and response to social cues, improving peer interactions and reducing anxiety.

    Boundaries & Communication – Develop appropriate social boundaries and practice healthy, effective communication skills across settings.

  • Tiers for Success

    Tier 1 – Student Support Counselor

    Join and help lead Conflict Resolution Groups through guided activities, role-play, and solution-building.

    Tier 2 – Elite Student Support Counselor

    Assist in facilitating Conflict Resolution Groups

    Learn how to become efficient tutors and provide direct peer tutoring

    Help peers with:

    Resume building

    Budget sheet creation & financial literacy

    Strengthen advanced mentoring and leadership skills

  • Decompression Time

    Each child will also be allotted decompression time in the gaming area during each session. This structured activity serves a therapeutic purpose by supporting sensory regulation, sustaining attention, and providing balanced stimulation to promote overall emotional and behavioral stability.
